	The base design allows for floors finished in stained and polished wood in bedrooms and stairs. Kitchen Floors, Bathrooms, Shower Rooms and WC’s are finished with Terracotta and Washbasins, Toilets, Baths and fittings are included. All properties include glass main bathroom with Bulgarian Marble Flooring. Walls are finished with a choice of finishing colours.
	Doors and banisters are finished in white or natural wood.  Windows are PVC or aluminum, white or selected colours. Electricity installation includes sockets in all rooms, light sockets and metered supply. The central heating has radiators, individually controlled and central thermostat.  A luxury fire place is finished in traditional Bulgarian stone finishes and water filtering systems are provided in all properties.
	The outside Bulgarian Stone Terrace has built in barbeque and all Villas intercom system. Sockets are provided for telephone, cable television and high speed internet access. Gardens are finished with planted decorative areas with external garden lights with hedges where appropriate.
	All sites are finished with completed roads, pavements and street lighting with 24 hour security.
	Optionally developers can connect all buildings to the central monitoring facility, designed for feeding and monitoring satellite television, telephone, high speed internet, electricity & water supplies, security monitoring and usage planning. This acts as a single control point for check in credit card charge for each buildings use.
